(hereinafter referred to as "Teknoritma") is aware that the personal information shared by our valued visitors during their use of the website at https://teknoritma.com.tr/tr (hereinafter referred to as the "website/internet site") is extremely important. Within this scope, this information notice has been prepared and is presented to you in order to inform and enlighten you in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other relevant legislation. The Law on the Protection of Personal Data aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data and the procedures and principles they will comply with. Your personal data, including name/surname, e-mail address, mobile phone, customer transaction information, city of residence, and personal data contained in the CV you share with Teknoritma for the purposes of benefiting from the services on our website through the website, fulfilling communication and demo requests, conducting business development and marketing activities, and managing customer relations, are collected and processed by Teknoritma automatically or by non-automatic means as part of a data recording system. Apart from this information, data regarding your visitor movements on the website, such as the frequency of your visits to the website and your visit times, may be collected anonymously, without containing personal information, for the purpose of analyzing visitor movements and preferences.
Your personal data obtained through the website with the purposes and methods specified above are processed in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data regulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. These processing conditions express the legal basis for personal data processing activities, and Teknoritma acts in accordance with these data processing conditions when processing personal data. Among the personal data processing conditions listed above, the condition of "existence of explicit consent of the data subject" is relied upon only if none of the data processing conditions in the other articles exist.
Your personal data processed by Teknoritma for the purposes stated above may be transferred to business and solution partners, advertising agencies, law firms, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and private law persons, within the framework of the conditions for the transfer of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, in order to enable you to benefit from the services provided and activities carried out by Teknoritma and for the purposes of conducting marketing activities. As a personal data owner, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights: • Learn whether your personal data is processed, • Request information if your personal data has been processed, • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose, • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, • Request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and request that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, • Request deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing have disappeared, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and request that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, • Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems, • Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data. Responses to your applications submitted to Teknoritma will be delivered to you in writing or electronically as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date your request reaches Teknoritma, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Law, depending on the nature of the request. Your application must include; • Name, surname • Wet signature, mobile signature and/or secure electronic signature • For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, T.R. identity number, for foreigners, nationality, passport number or identity number if available • Residence or workplace address for service • If available, e-mail address, phone and fax number for notification • Subject of request In addition, if you share a copy of your identity with us, we request that you black out all information other than your name, surname and address information and clearly write "this is a copy" on the mentioned copy. On the other hand, we remind you that if your application requires any cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged to you. This Information Notice is reviewed and updated as needed by Teknoritma. Apart from this, even if the text is not updated due to changes in the relevant legislation, especially the Law and secondary regulations and Board decisions, the changes in the relevant legislation will be applied immediately.
